- General
Terms such as “us”, “we”, or “our” in every part of www.drappareltt.com (“The Website”) are to Dr. Apparel. Access granted to and the use of this website and our products and searching services available through this website are subject to the following notices, terms and conditions. By using the services provided, you are agreeing to all of these notices, terms and condition, without alteration or modification. In addition, you also acknowledge that the Terms of Services may be subject to change or updated by us at any time (which includes, but not limited to absolute discretion at any time without notice to amend, remove, or alter any of the content supplied in connection with the service).
- Information of Contract
If/when you submit an offer this represents intent to purchase/order the goods indicated by the “customer” and this is not binding by us the “seller” pending receipt of notification by you the “customer” that the order is accepted. Any or all communication/ads that are made by us the “seller” in advance to your order being accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if any product or service displayed on the site but are not available and, or incorrectly estimated/priced or else described, Dr. Apparel shall not be obligated to vend you those products or services.
- Prohibitions
You will not perpetrate or inspire a criminal offence, transmit or acquire a material that is in any manner offensive, obscene, or infracts upon confidence, copyright, privacy and or any other rights.
You will not take action contrary to the admissible use polices of any sites that are linked or community standards generally.
You will not transmit or issue a virus; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt date; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any person’s trademarks or other proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or other promotional material, commonly referred to as “Spam”; or spare no effort to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facility accessed through Dr. Apparel website.
- Website Sale Items
All reduction in prices, sale and or special offer items are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed.
- Indemnity
You concur to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dr. Apparel, it’s directors, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates from any and all third party liability, claims, damages and/or expenses (inclusive of but not limited to, legal fees) if they may arise from, without limitation, your use of Dr. Apparel services, your breach of Terms of Service, your infringement of any intellectual property right and any other right of any person or entity or your breach of any duty of confidence, privacy and/or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
- Severance
If any part thereof the Terms and Conditions shall or are deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, being the place where the customer’s order/offer has been accepted.
