Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

  • When returning orders, please provide either the Digital Invoice, Invoice Number, Order Number or Full Name in order for us to process the refund or exchange.
  • Full cash refund on all items (Including jewellery and underwear once unopened/unopened)* returned within seven (7) days of purchase date.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as purchased (i.e. no damages or stains, no scented fragrances applied to item[s], not washed, soaked or treated, and all respective tags still attached) in order to receive a refund or exchange

*Jewellery is defined as chains, earrings, rings, bracelets.

* Underwear is defined as boxers, boxer briefs, briefs, jockeys, socks and sleeveless shirts (vests).

How to Return an Item?

Once the criteria are met for a refund or exchange, these are the following steps:

  1. Contact us – This can be done via WhatsAppInstagramFacebook or Email at drappareltt@gmail.com or sending us a SMS or calling us at 1-868-768-9460 or 1-868-304-0978. From there, we can guide you accordingly in terms of receiving a refund or exchange.
  1. Shipment via TTPOST – This is mainly for our Tobago and Rural area customers. Items to be returned and meeting criteria are to be sent to our address Mid Centre Mall, Chaguanas, Trinidad, W.I. This usually takes 2-5 business days for us to receive the package and an additional day to process. Customer is required to pay shipment cost. Customer MUST have a valid bank account in order to utilise this option.
  1. Return via Direct/Home Delivery (Trinidad Only) – Customer is required to pay delivery cost up front to the courier upon collection.
  1. Pickup/Drop-Off  – Returns can be done via drop-off  at our address Mid Centre Mall, Chaguanas, Trinidad, W.I. free of charge.

Collection of Money or  Exchange

Once the necessary steps of ‘How to Return an Item?’ is done by you (the customer), you have the choice of methods.

Refund

  1. Bank Transfer – this option is open to both Trinidad and Tobago customers. Please ensure to provide First and Last names, Bank Name, your Branch and your Account Number in order to receive refund. This can take up to 4 Business Days depending on your bank.    
  2.  Pickup  – cash refunds are available via pick up at our address Mid Centre Mall, Chaguanas, Trinidad, W.I. free of charge.

Exchange 

  1. We offer 1-2 business day delivery nationwide (Trinidad only) providing that the order exchange is placed before 9 a.m. If order exchanges are placed after a.m., it will be sent out the following day (Monday to Saturday Only).
  1. TTPOST – unfortunately, this is our only option available to Tobago customers. The same process as ordering from www.drappareltt.com is used for customers using this method.
  1. Pickup  – Exchanges are available via pick up at our address Mid Centre Mall, Chaguanas, Trinidad, W.I. free of charge.
